By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with Quick Tech Systems, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We supply new and refurbished enterprise servers, storage, and components, and we offer server rentals, spare parts, custom configurations, and related IT infrastructure services.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for reference. Refurbished equipment is quality-tested and may show cosmetic signs of prior use. We reserve the right to correct errors and update listings at any time.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation. Prices are exclusive of taxes and delivery charges unless stated otherwise, and may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

An order is confirmed once accepted by us and payment terms are agreed. Goods and rental equipment remain our property until payment is received in full. Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing law.

Rental equipment is provided for the agreed term and must be returned in the condition supplied, allowing for reasonable wear. The customer is responsible for loss or damage during the rental period beyond normal use. Rental terms, deposits, and renewal or buyout options are set out in the individual rental agreement.

We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.

Products are covered by warranty against hardware defects for the period and conditions stated at the time of sale. Extended warranty options are available on request. Full details are set out on our Warranty & Support page.

Returns are accepted within the window stated on your order for items that do not match the configuration ordered or arrive with a verified defect. Custom-configured builds may not be eligible for return except under warranty. Please contact us for a return authorisation before sending back any hardware.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Tech Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profit, or business, arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product or service supplied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
