01 — Warranty Coverage

    Hardware defects in materials or workmanship affecting normal operation are covered under warranty, including chassis, motherboard, PSU, and included components at time of sale.

  • Duration

    Standard warranty terms vary by product condition and category — extended warranty options are available on request for mission-critical deployments.

  • Claims

    Warranty claims are handled through our support team, with replacement or repair options depending on the fault and part availability.

02 — Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted within the return window stated on your order confirmation for units that do not match the configuration ordered or arrive with a verified defect.
  • Custom-configured builds are inspected and tested prior to shipment, but functional defects remain eligible for return or replacement per the applicable warranty terms.
  • Contact support before returning any hardware to receive a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
